At Aqua Express Water Coolers we believe strongly in our customer’s satisfaction, after all we want you to recommend us.

We guarantee delivery within 48 hours of receiving your call and if you are in Glasgow we can normally guarantee a delivery within 24 hours or less.

Our long term aim is to be able to deliver the same day if ordered before 12.30pm. Some may say that’s impossible to achieve, at Aqua Express, we believe the impossible just takes a bit longer.

Our service drivers all carry phones, so they are able to call the customer to give an estimated time of arrival if requested.

If you are a domestic customer and you work all day we can easily arrange to deliver your water to your place of work, (we can even put it in your car for you) or we can leave your order with your neighbours or a family member.

We currently specialise our delivery in central Scotland, but due to continual expansion we are more than happy to discuss delivering to areas out with central Scotland. Failing that we can always recommend you a competent supplier in your area who will be happy to offer you a quotation.

All our coolers are sanitised and maintenance checked on a quarterly basis (around 13 weeks). This ensures our coolers are brilliantly clean inside and out, and running at optimum efficiency.

At Aqua Express Water Coolers we believe in doing things right, that’s why we use an Ozone Generator to disinfect our water coolers.

Ozone (O3) is the natural way our planet purifies and cleans the air we breathe in our environment. It helps make the air smell sweet and the sky blue.

It is the most powerful disinfectant readily available to mankind. It has an almost total destructive power over bacteria, viruses and contaminants such as fungi and mould in water and air.

Ozone sterilisation is an environmentally friendly solution to sanitisation that leaves no aftertaste in the water cooler reservoir. It also means we don’t need to dispose of any specialist chemicals.

Filters for our plumbed in water coolers (POU) are changed on a bi-annual basis (every 6 months). The POU cooler still requires to be sanitised on a Quarterly Basis (13 weeks)

As with all water sources we all like to know exactly what we are drinking. It is for this reason what we attach our Silverised Granular Activated Carbon (GAC) Filters to your water source before the water enters the water cooler reservoir. These GAC filters provide protection from contaminants such as Pesticides, Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAH’s), Trihalomethanes (THM’s) and Chlorine.  For more information on our Filters please contact us.
